Exchanges/ Returns

All sales are final – no refunds or returns accepted.
If we decide to permit a return:

Exchanges or returns MUST be made within 20 days of purchase and ONLY with a return authorization number (RA#).

  • All returns are charged a 25{6b54e7a1882d4f2b06f0f797c58318f15616db25c7706ca96b8aad7802c10ffe} restocking fee.
  • Returns can only be exchanged for company credit, or product exchange.
  • Discontinued product sales are final, return requests will not be accepted.
  • All shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • All exchanges or returns must be issued a return authorization number (RA#) from prior to returning any merchandise.

To exchange or return merchandise please follows these steps:

  • Before exchanging/returning any merchandise, you must first obtain an RA#
  • You can obtain an RA# by calling us at 941.268.6888
  • Once you have been issued RA #, you may return your merchandise.
  • Please repack the merchandise in its original packaging (the same way you received it) so it doesn’t get damaged on the way back to us. If we receive the merchandise damaged, it will not be accepted and will be returned back to you. You will be responsible for the shipping.
  • Clearly write the RA# on the outside of the shipping cartons. Packages without an RA# clearly marked on the outside will be refused.
  • Once we receive and confirm the condition of the merchandise, we will then process your request.
  • Please allow 72 hours for exchanges/ returns to be processed after received.
  • All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Gift cards

* Downloadable software products

* Some health and personal care items

* eBooks

*Any Motorcycle Training or Classes are non-refundable

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without a Return Authorization Number. You MUST call us at 941.268.688 AFTER emailing us at Sales@IronMotorcycle.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). No product return will be accepted without first obtaining a (RA#) – There will be no exceptions to this rule.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Book with obvious signs of use

* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive no refund credit.

Refunds (We have a general “no-refund” policy. However, if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days; or you will be provided with store credit, at our sole discretion.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at safecycle@comcast.net.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at safecycle@comcast.net and send your item to: (The address we provide to you when issuing a Return Authorization Number)

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, then you will not be able to return or exchange the item.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will only deal with the gift giver and he/she will be required to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: The address we provide to you with the Return Authorization Number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any shipping will not be part of your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
