Kevin, the company goofball, has over 27 years of experience as a rider. He received his first national certification as a RiderCoach in 2007 and re-certified in 2017. He is a natural at coaching students and enjoys helping others to learn.  Kevin excels at reminding students that motorcycling is fun; and projects an aura of safety and trust to help develop skills. Kevin assumed the responsibility of company operations during the reorganization of the company in 2017. His goal is to maintain the long history of the company’s solid reputation, while adding a more modern touch.

Tony Brown was the former CEO of Highlands Professional Motorcycle Training. He is a nationally certified RiderCoach and has taught over 1000 classes during the past 13 years. Tony has been involved with motorcycles for 40 years, and has hand-picked RiderCoaches who believe; learning to ride should be challenging and enjoyable.  Tony has been an inspiration to other coaches and his calm demeanor is complemented by his keen awareness of students’ needs.  Tony has been a great benefit to the motorcycling community and a strong proponent to motorcycling safety.  He really knows how to build a team oriented environment and has been an essential part of the company’s reorganization into Iron Phoenix Motorcycle Training (a.k.a. Highland’s Phoenix).

Warren has over 16 years of riding experience. He is a nationally certified RiderCoach and excels in analyzing students’ riding abilities. He has a poignant aptitude for helping students with their motorcycle skills development. We hope that Warren will continue to make cameo appearances (even though he has chosen to retire). Warren has trained many students and we believe he has had a substantial impact on the motorcycling community; making it a safer environment.
