Iron Phoenix Motorcycle Training, Inc. provides motorcycle training in Port Charlotte, Florida. Earn your motorcycle endorsement or motorcycle license with the successful completion of the Basic Rider Course. We serve Charlotte County and surrounding communities including: Desoto County and Arcadia, Sarasota County, Manatee County, North Port, Punta Gorda, Venice, Lee County, Cape Coral, and North Fort Myers. When you choose us for your motorcycle training, you ride smaller low “CC” motorcycles and it’s possible to complete your motorcycle course in only two days. Upon successful completion of the motorcycle training course, you may add the motorcycle endorsement or motorcycle license to your driver’s license in the State of Florida. Our motorcycle classes are structured with safety in mind; however, these motorcycle training classes are also fun.

Payment Policies, Terms, and Conditions

Effective August 1st, 2017

We are reducing our price for the Basic Rider Course. (From $230 prior to August 1st, 2017 to $175 after August 1st, 2017)

Payments may be made by Cash or Credit Card. (Personal Checks are not acceptable for payments).

A registration fee of $75 will be implemented to register for classes and reserve a seat in the Basic Rider Course. This registration fee may be applied to the total cash tuition price of $175. ($180 if paying all fees by Credit Card). Fees are for each student.

First Payment: $75 Registration Fee due upon registration / reservation per student

The $75 registration fee is non-refundable for any reason and is considered earned once paid. The registration fee will be applied toward the course tuition of $175 ($180 tuition if paid all by Credit or Debit Card).

Second Payment: $100 Course Fee due on the first day of class prior to starting for each student

The second payment (balance) of $100 is due on the first day of class prior to the start of class. $100 is the cash price and the fee will be $105 for payments made with Credit or Debit Card on the first day.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

  • The $75 registration fee is not refundable for any reason and is applied toward the total tuition fees.
  • If a student needs to cancel or reschedule their registration, they MUST provide 72 hours of notice prior to their scheduled course date and time.
  • If less than 72 hours of notice is given for a cancellation, then an additional $50 rescheduling fee will be charged in order to schedule for future classes. (Making the total tuition cost $225).
  • If more than 72 hours of notice is given, then students may reschedule to a later course date and the $75 registration fee will continue to be applied toward the total tuition cost of the course.

No Shows and Late Arrivals:

As mandated by the Florida Rider Training Program of the State of Florida, 100% participation in all course activities is required to successfully complete the Basic Rider Course. Additionally, maximum class sizes are also mandated by the State. Therefore, “no-shows” and students arriving after class begins will forfeit all fees which they have paid and will NOT be permitted to continue in the scheduled course. These students will be required to reschedule in a future class and pay the full tuition price again. If a student is going to be several minutes late, we suggest that they call us to avoid missing out on any participation required activities.

During this price reduction transition (August 2017 Students):

Students currently scheduled for August 2017 classes who have also scheduled their class prior to July 27, 2017 may choose to pay the full tuition on the first day of class. However, those tuition fees will be $205 for Credit Card and $195 for Cash payments. These students also have the option of calling us prior to July 31st, 2017 to pay the $75 registration fee. If August 2017 students call us prior to July 31st, 2017 and pay the $75 registration fee, their remaining balance on the first day of class will only be $100 Cash or $105 Credit Card. Meaning, their total tuition will only be $175 or $180 respectively.

Conditions:

As with most businesses, prices are subject to change without notice. However, we will attempt to communicate our intentions to the best of our ability. Third party sales and registration of our classes is not permitted; our services are only provided directly to licensed or permitted operators of motor vehicles. In most cases, if students successfully complete our Basic Rider Course classes, they may obtain a motorcycle endorsement at their local driver’s license office without further testing. There are exceptions to the testing rules which may apply to a “motorcycle only” license. We require students to have a valid driver’s license or permit to participate in our classes. A driver’s license check may be performed to ensure licenses are valid.
